Wallet safety
The workspace uses live providers. Preparing a quote does not move assets, but approving and submitting a transaction can spend real funds.
Protect your wallet
- Never enter a seed phrase or private key into SANVIO, a support chat or a form.
- Verify the website you opened and the network shown by your wallet.
- Read the wallet's transaction details, including asset, amount, recipient and permissions.
- Reject a request that differs from the action you intended.
Connecting a wallet shares an account address. Signing a transaction is a separate action. Treat a transaction signature as authorization even if you have not yet seen a successful submission screen.
Understand the information you share
Wallet connection supplies a public address to the app. A live quote may send the addresses and trade parameters you enter to its provider. Preparing an experimental swap sends your wallet address and requested trade to the swap provider and checks it through a network service.
Use your wallet's site-permission settings to disconnect a site. Removing an address from an app view does not necessarily revoke the wallet's permission.
When a transaction is uncertain
A timeout does not prove that a transaction failed. Keep the transaction hash, check its status, and avoid submitting another trade until the first outcome is understood.
The experimental Solana flow provides Check chain status and a link to the transaction in Solscan. A confirmed transaction can still be waiting for finalization. If an outcome remains unresolved, keep the record rather than assuming your funds were untouched.
Know the current limits
Real-wallet acceptance and independent security review remain unfinished. The application has no guaranteed profit, automated recovery of real funds, or published support channel. No official token address has been announced through the app.
Check Availability for current capabilities and SANVIO token for token status.
